Octavio Diaz Chief Executive Officer Octavio brings 24 years of experience leading manufacturing and technology companies on a global basis. Prior to joining Adaptec, Octavio was CFO of two private equity backed companies, President of Finance for a global water treatment technology company, and head of Merck KGaA’s Specialty Chemical Division. Octavio played a leading role in business turnarounds, M&A, launching new product lines, and ERP implementations. Marcus Reed Vice President, Sales & Marketing Marcus brings more than 15 years of experience delivering engineered solutions across material handling, robotics, lifecycle services, and commercial operations. His career has progressed from field service and pre-sales engineering to sales leadership, providing a strong understanding of both the technical and commercial sides of the business. Prior to joining Adaptec as CFO, Brian served in various corporate and global Controller roles after beginning his career with PwC as an audit manager overseeing all facets of audit planning, SOX controls assessment, new accounting standards adoption, and profitability assessment for a diverse client base.
